Is there anyway to retrieve the password for your router setup page?

I have a linksys router (WRT54G). When I type in the 192.168.1.1 it takes me to the user name and password screen. Well here is the problem. I changed the user name and password and unfortunately cannot remember the password. Is there anyway to retrieve the password? Or do I have to rest the network?|||You have to reset the router. Instructions should be online if you lost the paper manual. The simple thing is to push the reset button (think for 10 seconds) and reconfigure it.|||try pushing the RESET button on your router... it will reset things up...

as a little advice, i always write user and pass on a paper and i stick somewhere on the device. obviously, it's useful when you're at home or a small office, not where too many people can get their hands in the configuration.|||Maybe you can BRUTE force attack. But it may take a long time (maybe years for a secure password phrase!). So try to reset the Router.
