How come i cant setup my linksys?

I have a linksys wrt150n router, which ive set up before, and its a v.1.1 but it dont let me install it, i do everything it tells me, but i get to a point where the setup wizard asks me to provide a password, and i put one. I can still access internet while using the router, as if ive installed it, but it wont say, installation complete, can anyone help?|||you need to contact linksys for password-or previous internet provider - they may have a block on it
