I followed the instructions that came with it, on a CD. I got the Power, WLAN, Ethernet 1 and Internet lights to come on, but when I did that, my mom couldn't access the internet on her computer, which is what we had it hooked up to, but I could access it on mine. I'm not sure what we did wrong. Any help would be appreciated. |||Open up the Linksys program, (usually there is a shortcut on your taskbar). It should tell you that there is a problem, either way, you need to hit the reset button the back and reconfigure it, it should take like 5 minutes.|||idk its hard you have to call the Company you boat it from and tell
them to do it for you|||Why not call tech support?
