It shouldn't ask for this if I set wireless security to manual, right?
Also, I found the pin number and when I put it in, it seemed to work. It said that the laptop was connected but it was in fact not.|||Some laptops force you to use their setup wizard. You'll need to go through that wizard. The laptop doesn't care if the router is set to manual or not. Try a google search for that linksys and your laptop model. Someone out there has probably had the same problem (and hopefully posted the solution).
