Has Linksys Easylink router web base setup been hacked?

I cannot get into my router settings either through Windows or through the web based set up. What gives? Has Cisco been hacked?|||The setpu is NOTHING to do with the Internet or the cisco site.When you go to the login page it is talking to a mini web server on the router itself. I should be available the moment you connect a machine. Check that you have a connection (wired not wireless, never use wireless for configuration) and download the manual for your model from the Linksys site. Make sure the settings you are using match the manual. Of course if someone changed any settings when installing it, this may mean you need to use a different address to access it.
