Changed local IP address and now cant access LINKSYS router setup page at 192.168.1.1?

I accidentally changed my local IP address on the router setup page to 192.168.1.100 and now i cant get back to the configure page. Ive tried resetting it, and i even tried going to 192.168.1.100 and 192.168.1.1 with no luck. I know my comcast router is still working great. The thing i noticed is that when i go to 192.168.1.100 it doesn't deny the page it exists, it just says it cant access it for some reason. Any ideas on how to deal with this? When I reset it, it didn't even seem to change n e thing, after holding it for 30 sec and turning it on and off while doing it as well.|||Reset the router using the hardware reset at the back of the router. Change your PCs IP to static, like 192.168.1.2 to 192,168.1.254. then try to access the routers login page using a browser.

sorry I didn't read where you resat it, but technically it should work.|||On top of everything everyone else has suggested, I would unplug all power cables to everything. Sit there, then replug and try everything again.

If that doesnt work, I would trade it in for a dog then shoot the dog.|||Have you restarted your computer to allow it to get a newly assigned IP address from the router?|||just call lynksys you may need to be on hold for a bit and talk to some random foreign person but they really know what they're talking about|||try 192.168.0.1
